Protocol Overview
This 10mg blend contains CJC-1295 No DAC (5mg) + Ipamorelin (5mg) in a single vial. CJC-1295 No DAC (also called Modified GRF(1-29)) is a GHRH analogue that amplifies the pituitary's natural GH pulses. Ipamorelin is a selective GHRP (ghrelin receptor agonist) that triggers GH release with minimal impact on cortisol or prolactin.
These two peptides work synergistically: CJC-1295 No DAC amplifies the magnitude of GH pulses while Ipamorelin stimulates the pituitary through a different receptor pathway. Their combination can produce significantly higher GH release than either peptide alone. The short half-life of CJC-1295 No DAC (~30 min) means the blend is typically injected 2–3 times daily.
Reconstitution
Recommended BAC water: 2 mL. Resulting concentration: 10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL total (2.5 mg/mL each peptide).
Dosing Schedule
| Dose | Per injection | Frequency | U-100 Units (2mL recon) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 mcg each / 200 mcg total | 0.04 mL | 2–3x daily | 4 units |
| 150 mcg each / 300 mcg total | 0.06 mL | 2–3x daily | 6 units |
| 200 mcg each / 400 mcg total | 0.08 mL | 2x daily | 8 units |
Best injected 30–60 minutes before sleep (peak natural GH pulse) and optionally again upon waking. Inject fasted for best effect — food (especially carbohydrates) blunts GH release.
