Administration method

Topical cream Reconstitute with BAC water first, then blend the liquid peptide into a plain moisturiser base (common with GHK-Cu and similar). Use a sterile technique and store refrigerated.

Weight of plain, fragrance-free moisturiser you mix the reconstituted peptide into — not the peptide weight.

Pea-sized serving: Most people apply a dab about the size of a pea — roughly 0.25–0.5 g of cream per use (a fingertip unit is often ~0.5 g). Use that as a visual guide when measuring your dose, not a syringe volume.

Nasal spray Reconstitute the peptide in BAC water, then dilute with sterile saline. Match your sprayer’s output to the dose you want per spray.
